We create each Flumé® Bed Wrap, Flumé® Pillow and Flumé® Throw as soon as our imported fabric arrives at our design studio.
3. Cancellations, Returns and Refund Policy
Important Order Information*
Cancellations: In order to provide speedy order processing we cannot accept order changes or cancellations. Once you submit your purchase you will be unable to change quantities, add, or remove items from your order. Please be sure to review your order carefully before purchasing.
Returns: All sales are final and no returns permitted unless an item arrives damaged. If an item arrives damaged, we must be notified within 7 business days of receipt of item with pictures for refund or exchange. Returns are accepted under the conditions that the item has no markings and is in "resale condition". The buyer must provide the return shipping label. When the damaged product has been received back from the buyer it will be inspected. Items that are lost or stolen though the post office or other delivery service is out of our hands and must be taken to your local Post Office to be resolved. We will try to do what we can to help in the search for a package but we cannot send replacement items or a refund at this time.
Damaged products that are returned must be in their original condition with all tags still attached, including all identification tags, security tags and authenticity cards and in their original packaging and with the original proof of purchase. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted. If a product has a security tag and is returned without the security tag attached to the product, the product will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to designate items that are not eligible for return or refund on the website. Such designation will be noted on the web page displaying the respective products. If the foregoing conditions are satisfied and you comply with the return instructions below, we will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less the original shipping costs, to the same credit card used to make the original purchase.
Please further note that we will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions outlined above, and will ship your merchandise back to you at the original shipment address provided in your order. Upon our receipt of your return package, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and processing the refund. Please note that this process may take between 5 and 10 days. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we have begun processing the refund.
Refund Policy: Refunds for damaged items are issued directly to the credit card account used for the original purchase. The refunded amount will be visible in your account within approximately one to two billing cycles from the date of the email we send you confirming that the refund is being processed (for credit card orders). We reserve the right to designate non-returnable products on the site. Any such designation will be noted on the web page displaying the respective products which are non-returnable. We offer no refunds on any products designated on the Site as non-returnable.
4. Shipping and Delivery: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We cannot ship UPS or FedEx packages to a Post Office address.
We generally ship our online orders within 3 to 5 business days. However, the above-mentioned delivery terms are not guaranteed. Château Jolie, Inc., may split the order into multiple shipments according to the availability of the products for delivery. You will receive the products separately upon their availability to be shipped. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number plus a link to follow the delivery status. In addition, you will receive an email confirming when your order is delivered. We ship to the destination of your choice in the United States excluding Alaska and Puerto Rico, Hawaii and other locations outside the United States. Purchases cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. For security reasons, all purchases from the Site require an adult signature upon delivery.
